Massage therapists, Karen and Cynthia, would like to help organizations that are hosting charitable events by bringing chair massage to your event. The therapists do the set-up and donate the proceeds to your organization.
We give two thumbs up to Pass Security for taking good care of their employees! Wednesday
September 1st, Cynthia will be there giving chair massages to their employees. Happy employees are productive employees!

COH Art Gallery |
Becky Lazaroff has transformed the waiting area into a beautiful art gallery. Come by and check it out! Becky is our gallery coordinator and will be hosting monthly shows with some openings.
We are currently working on an art gallery website that will keep you up-to-date on current artists, past artists, and future artists. We plan to provide links to their sites so you will have a feel for the kind of art we are showing.
Jacqueline Ruiz's art will be on display through September 29th. She will have several ceramics, jewelry pieces, and paintings/drawings on display. Stop in to see her amazing work!

Continuing Education Classes for Massage Therapists |
Circle of Health Wellness Center is pleased to offer Continuing Education Classes once a month for massage therapists seeking new techniques and CE Units. Cynthia Wheeler will offer 2 days of intensive "hands On" Training Programs. The sessions include visual and written information on Myofascial pain syndromes of muscles, manual assessment, trigger point release techniques, onset, severity, perpetuating factors of myofascial pain, and signs and symptoms of myofascial pain. Each class is approved for 6 CE Units and the fee is $250. Take two consecutive classes and earn 2 hours of Ethics free!.

Art Opening October 1

Circle of Health Wellness Center welcomes Charles Jones! Charles's works of art will be on display from October 1st -October 27th, 2010. The Opening of his show is scheduled for Friday, October 1st from 7-10 pm. Admission is free and open to the public.
About the Artist: Charles has participated in two Southwestern Illinois College Student Art Shows and in the 2010 Gateway East Artist Guild Avenue of Art Show. His awards include the President Private Purchase Award and the SWIC Art Club Award. He is currently attending Southwestern Illinois College to acquire an associate degree in Fine Arts with his focus in painting and drawing.
Artist's Statement: "From the dark space of the black paper, I bring forth an inspiring landscape full of lively colors. I go beyond what ordinary landscapes can do by making the land flexible and the trees more alive with an electric feel. I combine scenery from the St. Clair region with my own imagination to create a composition that moves the viewer's eye in a smooth rhythm. I hope that my work brings excitement to the viewers as they step into a world of color."
